New Features in InsideView Sales

Find People by Location

InsideView Sales now allows you to filter decision-makers by location in the People tab, so you can find people in your territory, plan localized events, or set up calls when you're traveling to a location. 

To search for key executives using the location filter, go to the People tab and then scroll down to Location options. By default, top locations out of country, area, and city are shown.


Select any country to view the contacts in that location. For example, select the United States check box to see all executives at Amazon who work in the United States of America.contact_location1.png

Note: You can select multiple check boxes to find contacts in several countries, areas or cities.

The location filter also lets you view the total number of executives under the CurrentFormer, and Family Tree sub-tabs. This list will be handy when you want to know the present status of an executive. 

The location filter lets you view people in your target territories under Current, Former, and Family Tree sub-tabs. This can be mainly helpful in identifying contacts in subsidiaries from particular locations or former employees from specific place. For example, if you want to see all executives who work in various subsidiaries of Amazon in USA, click the Family Tree sub-tab and select the US location as illustrated: 


If you cannot find the location that you are looking for, simply click +Add Location and the Type Ahead feature will quickly help you find contacts in the location that you are interested in. 


New Features in InsideView Sales for SAP Hybris Sales Cloud

The following new features are announced in InsideView Sales for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM:

Note: SAP Hybris Sales Cloud is generally referred to the entire suite. Within Sales suite there is Cloud for Sales (C4S - which is cloud/on-demand CRM), Cloud for Customer (C4C), and also includes Cloud for Social, Cloud for Service, Cloud for Marketing. In this release, InsideView Sales is tightly integrated within SAP C4C CRM.

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Authentication

InsideView Sales offers multiple authentication methods, including single sign-on (SSO) compatibility via CRM session-based authentication, OAuth, and SAML to make logins seamless between your SAP C4C CRM and InsideView Sales. InsideView Sales now supports SAML authentication for those customers who authenticate to their SAP C4C CRM via a SAML service.

Manage Custom Field Mapping

The custom field mapping feature is also available for SAP C4C CRM. As of now, the custom field mapping is supported only for Company/Account and Contact objects in SAP C4C CRM. Export or Update Company and Contacts into your SAP C4C CRM

InsideView Sales enhances the data management capability for SAP C4C CRM by allowing sales representatives and customers to import multiple new account and contact records as well as update and enrich existing contacts directly within the CRM itself. It is powered by the InsideView Market Intelligence Platform, which is up to 20% more accurate than other sources.

You can export (add) or update a company and contact record that does not exist in your SAP C4C CRM with just a single click. You can also update the contact data along with company record to which a contact is associated.
