Uninstalling Insights Enterprise from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics 365


This article provides you the instructions to uninstall Insights Enterprise from your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online or Dynamics 365.

Step Description Details
 1 Log in Log in to CRM/365 with your global administrator credentials.
 2 Go to Solutions Go to Dynamics 365 > Settings > Solutions.

The following screen appears:


 3 Select the solution package

On the Solutions page, select the Insights Enterprise version that you have installed and click the Delete button.


 4 Choose OK On the Uninstallation Solution page, click OK to uninstall Insights Enterprise package.



 5 Complete uninstall

Once the Insights Enterprise solution is uninstalled, the package is removed from the Solutions page.
