Uninstalling Insights Enterprise from Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365


This article provides you the instructions to uninstall Insights Enterprise from your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Dynamics 365 or On-Premises.

Step Description Details
 1 Log in Log in to CRM/365 with your global administrator credentials.
 2 Go to Solutions Go to Dynamics 365 > Settings > Solutions.

The following screen appears:


 3 Select the solution package

On the Solutions page, select the Insights Enterprise version that you have installed and click the Delete button.


 4 Choose OK On the Uninstallation Solution page, click OK to uninstall Insights Enterprise package.



 5 Complete uninstall

Once the Insights Enterprise solution is uninstalled, the package is removed from the Solutions page.
