Configure InsideView Browser Extension in the Google Chrome Web Browser
The InsideView Browser Extension can be downloaded from Google's Chrome Store.
To download and configure the InsideView Browser Extension in Chrome, follow these steps:

2 | Load InsideView | On the InsideView app page, click Add to Chrome, which will add InsideView to your Google Chrome Extensions. |

Configure InsideView Browser Extension in the Microsoft Edge Web Browser
To download and configure the InsideView Browser Extension in Edge, follow these steps:

1 | Open Microsoft Edge browser | In the Microsoft Edge browser, click the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner to open the menu: Click Extensions on the menu. |
2 | Enable allow extensions |
Enable the Allow extensions from other stores check box in the lower left-hand corner of the Extensions page. On the Microsoft warning message that shows you have not verified the extensions in the Chrome Web Store or anywhere else online. Click Allow to continue. |
3 | Add the InsideView Extension |
Go to the following URL to download the InsideView Browser Extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/insideview/lheehdbcfgapcfcnhncidpmcmdodiidd then, click Add to Chrome. |
4 | Load InsideView | Click Add Extension in the confirmation dialog. |
Using the InsideView Browser Extension
You can use the InsideView Browser Extension on any company’s website, LinkedIn profiles, and whenever you open an account, contact, or lead object in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs.
How to use the InsideView Extension in LinkedIn
To use the InsideView Extension, follow these steps:

1 | Open LinkedIn | In the Web browser, go to LinkedIn.

2 | Search and Open any company | In the Search box, enter Microsoft and click Go. Click the Microsoft company link to open it. |
3 | Open the InsideView Extension |
On the Microsoft Company page, click the InsideView icon in the top right corner of the page to open the Extension.
When you click the InsideView icon, the Microsoft Company data from InsideView is matched and our data record is displayed:

You can also use the InsideView Extension to find more information on a list of companies or contacts on LinkedIn.
Notes:
- Any hidden profiles from the page, such as LinkedIn Member are excluded from the plugin view..
- The expanded view is disabled when viewing LinkedIn lists.
To use the InsideView Extension, follow these steps:

2 | Search contact details in Extension |
When you click the contact in the extension, you can view both the company and the contact details:

3 | View Connection | Scroll to see if you have any connections to this contact. If so, click View connections to view all connections for that contact. |
4 | Add a missing person |
If both the contact and the company are not found, the InsideView Browser Extension will allow you to search our database to find the correct match. If the person cannot be found, click the Add a Person link to add the contact details. Note: When you click a LinkedIn profile and no company or contact match is found, the InsideView extension will show the Find the Correct Person screen. |
5 | Use the InsideView Extension in Company List View |
When you search for companies and open the InsideView Browser Extension you can retrieve the company details from the InsideView database as illustrated: Select any company on the list to view the company details. For example, click Microsoft. If the company is not found in the InsideView database, you can search our database to find the correct match. You can select the matching company from the list of Suggested Matches. |
How to use the InsideView Extension on Company's Website and CRMs
You can use the InsideView Extension on any company's website and within Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM when you open an account, contact, and lead object.
To use the InsideView Extension, follow these steps:
