InsideView Account Administrator, here’s how to set field update rules and export settings for Account, Contact, and Lead objects.
Note: These rules are applicable whenever an individual InsideView Insights user bulk exports data from InsideView to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRMs.
|1||Open the Account Admin page||Click on Account Admin in the InsideView menu from the CRM View or Web View to access the Account Admin page.
On the Admin page, go to Account Settings > Integration and edit the Integration for which you would like to set the Bulk Update Field Settings.
|2||Go to Map Fields||
On the integration set up page, click Next, until you reach the Map your account fields and set update rules page.
|3||Apply field-level settings||
For each field, the Admin can choose one of the following options:
You can choose to apply the same value for all mapped fields by choosing the option from the header drop-down as shown below:
Click Next to apply for these settings to Contact and Lead objects as well.
|4||Update settings for Contacts and Leads||
Click Next to set the Field Level Update settings for Contact and Lead objects.
Once done, click Finish to save the settings.
