Installing InsideView Enrich Sometimes Errors Out. How Do I Resolve?

While performing the steps in the MS Dynamics Lead Enrich Setup Guide, you may receive an error when you perform Step 4 - Click Grant Access.

 

 

To resolve the error:

1. Close the error window.
2. Click CRM to log in to your CRM in the same browser.

Note: you must keep your current browser active.

 

3. Open another tab in the same browser
4. Perform the steps in the setup guide MS Dynamics Lead Enrich Setup Guide. Note: You must perform all of the steps again, beginning with Step 1.
