Available only for: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Salesforce CRM editions.
The Salesforce administrator must grant View Setup and Configuration access for standard users to allow access to InsideView Enrich setup pages (i.e. view the object details, page layouts, and other components.) The account administrator must go to the Profile/Permission Set page under the System Permissions and enable the View Setup and Configuration checkbox.
Currently, InsideView Enrich does not support Salesforce CRM's Group and Professional editions. The Group edition does not support Workflow Rules and Outbound Messaging features, which is required to install InsideView Enrich.
Installing Insideview Enrich in your Salesforce CRM is an easy process. This article outlines the steps to complete your installation.
Note: If your organization restricts network access to third-party applications, please ask your IT administrator to add the following IP address ranges to allow updates from InsideView:

Sign up for InsideView Enrich
|1||Go to the Signup page||Go to the InsideView Enrich sign-up page: https://marketing.insideview.com/marketing/admin/signin.|
Click Salesforce to open the Salesforce login page.
Note: If you first want to install the InsideView Enrich package into a Sandbox Edition, select the Sandbox option below the Salesforce button.
|3||Log in to Salesforce account||Enter your Salesforce username and password.|
|4||Allow access||InsideView Enrich application requests your permission to access to your Salesforce data. To grant access, click Allow.
You will soon receive an email notification that your InsideView Enrich account is under review for authorization.
Install the InsideView Enrich App Package in Salesforce
Once the InsideView's Customer Success Manager authorizes your account, you will receive another email with your InsideView Enrich account status and installation information.
To install InsideView Enrich package in your Salesforce account:
|1||Go to the Signup page||Go to https://marketing.insideview.com/marketing/admin/signin and click Salesforce to sign in to your Salesforce account.|
|2||Choose an installation option||You can install InsideView Enrich in your Salesforce CRM in sandbox or production instance. It is a best practice to install InsideView Enrich in your Salesforce Sandbox first and then move to a production environment.

After installing the InsideView package, complete the next steps to configure and activate InsideView Enrich in your Salesforce CRM.
|3||Enter your login credentials||On the Salesforce login page that opens, enter your username and password.|

|6||Enable workflow rules||To enable the Enrich workflow rules, follow these steps:
A Salesforce administrator must ensure that all User Profiles that have permission to create Accounts, Contacts, and Leads with the Send Outbound Messages permission is enabled.
Configure Field Mapping between InsideView Enrich and Salesforce
After you install the InsideView Enrich solution package, the standard fields in InsideView Enrich are automatically mapped to the relevant fields in Salesforce CRM. However, you can customize the automapping as per your requirements. You can also overwrite the data on some of the fields in your CRM records with the data in InsideView Enrich.
Follow these steps to configure the field mapping:
|1||Go to the Signup page||Open the InsideView Enrich sign-up webpage: http://marketing.insideview.com/marketing, and then click Salesforce.|
|2||Sign in||Sign in with your Salesforce CRM credentials.|
|3||Go to the Custom Field Mapping tab||On the InsideView Enrich dashboard, click the Custom Field Mapping tab.|
|4||Modify custom fields||To modify the CRM field mapped to an IV for Marketing field, click the search icon next to the CRM field.|
|5||Search for CRM fields||
On the CRM Fields dialog, search for the relevant CRM fields and click the one you want to map the selected IV for the Marketing field.
|6||Select the Overwrite Existing option||If you want IV for Marketing to overwrite the existing data in your CRM records for a particular field, click the Overwrite existing checkbox next to the field.
Note: The Overwrite Existing checkbox will work only with the default mappings.
|7||Save||Scroll down the page and click Save.|
