About InsideView for Marketing

InsideView for Marketing® sends the most accurate company and contact data into your marketing process for better response rates, more leads and higher win rates.

This release of InsideView for Marketing has the following new enhancements:

New Features in InsideView Enrich

The following new features are introduced in this release.

ISO Country Picklist Support for Salesforce CRM

InsideView Enrich now supports ISO-compliant country picklists for Salesforce CRM. In v108, you can select the Enable Country Picklist settings to enrich a country value as per state and country picklists settings of your Salesforce CRM. 

State and country picklists in Salesforce are based on ISO-3166 standard values.

Settings to Enrich Headquarter Location 

InsideView Enrich now updates headquarters information for a company in the lead irrespective of the location. Previously, InsideView Enrich utilized location input values (Country, State, City, and Zip) to find a best match in addition to company name, website, and other fields.

In v108, you can select options to configure the type of headquarter location that you want to enrich in the lead with an appropriate match based on Email Domain and Company Name fields.

New Custom Mapping Fields

In v108, InsideView Enrich lets you map Generic Domain and Generic Name fields in the Custom Field Mapping tab. When the InsideView Domain and Name fields are mapped to any CRM field, InsideView Enrich sets the value to true if the user input is generic. Otherwise, the field values are set to false.

You can map Generic Domain and Name fields to String datatypes in your CRM.

Settings to Manage Rate Plans

InsideView Enrich allows you to manage the rate plan for your account. By default, the rate plan value is 'Not Set'. Contact your InsideView customer success manager (CSM) or administrator to set the rate plan value when they authorize your account.

New Features in InsideView Target

The following new feature is introduced in Target.

Seamless Data Export into Marketo

Use the new Sync with Marketo option to export leads from Insideview into Marketo marketing automation tool.

In order for you to sync your leads, an InsideView account administrator must first configure your Marketo account credentials in the Target user interface. Non-InsideView account administrators will see the following message:

"Contact the administrator to configure their Marketing Automation tool with Target".
