This release of InsideView for Marketing has the following new enhancements:

New Features in InsideView Enrich

The following new features are introduced in this release.

Usage Alert Settings

InsideView Enrich allows you to view the Contract Start Date and Contract Term settings for your InsideView user account. Based on your InsideView Enrich Contract Start Date, usage alert notifications are sent to users.

Lead Source Field Mapping for Eloqua

InsideView Enrich lets Eloqua users to map the lead source field. Once the lead source field mapping is set, users can view leads according to their sources on the InsideView Enrich dashboard. 

Note: The lead source field mapping settings are not dependent on the custom field mapping tab, which contains the mappings for fields that InsideView Enrich would process.

Polling Interval Settings for Eloqua 

Eloqua users can set the Polling Interval to define how frequently InsideView Enrich should poll your Eloqua instance for leads during the specified interval.

You can set the Polling Interval range from 1 to 15 minutes on the InsideView Enrich Account Settings page.

New Features in InsideView Target

The following new feature is introduced in Target.

Account Balance Tracking 

InsideView Target lets you view your account information with following details:

  • Account ID
  • Subscribed Rate Plan
  • Available Balance
  • Credits Purchased

In order to view your InsideView Target account information, click the Settings icon and then select the Account Info tab.
