InsideView Shows Unknown Contacts as LinkedIn Contacts

Problem

Occasionally, someone who is not a connection in your LinkedIn account will display as a LinkedIn connection in your InsideView Sales account. This can happen because the first or last name of the LinkedIn connection is incorrectly matched to a connection in the InsideView database.

Solution

StepDescriptionDetails
 1 Delete Contacts Delete all of your LinkedIn connections from your InsideView account.
 2 Import Contacts afresh Perform a new import of your LinkedIn connections from LinkedIn to InsideView.
