Problem
Occasionally, someone who is not a connection in your LinkedIn account will display as a LinkedIn connection in your InsideView Insights account. This can happen because the first or last name of the LinkedIn connection is incorrectly matched to a connection in the InsideView database.
Solution
Step | Description | Details |

1 | Delete Contacts | Delete all of your LinkedIn connections from your InsideView account. |
2 | Import Contacts afresh | Perform a new import of your LinkedIn connections from LinkedIn to InsideView. |
