Important: You must have Account Admin privileges to access this feature in InsideView.
As an Account Admin you can create and share automated Watchlists with your Salesforce.com CRM users in InsideView.
To access the Admin feature from your Salesforce.com CRM, click the Company name in the InsideView mash up to open the details page in a new tab. On the global menu of InsideView, click Admin.
Add an Automated Watchlist
|1||Go to Distribute Watchlists||Click Distribute Watchlists.|
|2||Add Watchlist||Click Add Watchlist to add an automated watchlist.|
|3||Specify Details||Enter a name for your Watchlist, select your Account Criteriafrom the drop-down list and specify your preferences.|
|4||Share Watchlists||Click Next | Select Users>> to select who you want to share this Watchlist with. Alternately, you can click Save to save the Watchlist and send it to users later (Refer to Share a Watchlist with users to share the Watchlist with users.)|
|4||Select and Send||On the Select Users section, search for users you want to send the Watchlist to and click Send Watchlist in the Send Watchlist column.|
Share a Watchlist with users
|1||Search Watchlist||Search for the Watchlist you want to share by name.|
|2||See the Shared User List||Click Send to more users in the Send Watchlist column. The number of users you have shared this Watchlist with displays under Sent to (#People) column.|
|3||Select Users and Send||In the Select Users section, search for users you want to share the Watchlist with and click Send Watchlist in the Send Watchlist column. You can share a Watchlist with multiple users here.|
