This release of InsideView Enrich has no new features. This release rolls out some bug fixes.
The following new features are introduced in InsideView Target.
Revamped Account Information Tab
The revamped Account Info tab now enables you to view additional account details with real-time data.
In order to view your InsideView Target account information, click the Configure icon and then select the Account Info tab.
You can view the following account information:
- Account Name
- Account ID
- Credits Used
- Credits Available
- Contract Start Date
- Contract Term
- Rate Plan
To view the Balance History, click the information icon in the Credits Available field.
New Activity History Tab
InsideView Target now allows you to view historical information about your account activity.
In order to view your InsideView Target account activity information, click the Configure icon and then select the Activity History tab.
By default, the activity history is generated for the current month. To generate the activity history for a time period of your choice, enter From and To dates and then click Search.
The Activity History displays the following information:
- Activity Type
- Activity Date
- Balance Deducted
- Number of Records
