What's New in v118 

This release of InsideView for Marketing has the following new enhancements:

New Features in InsideView Enrich

In this release, InsideView Enrich encodes data before sending the information to your CRM to avoid foreign characters in the data export. There are no functional changes except for encoding the data.

New Features in InsideView Target

The following new features are introduced in InsideView Target.

Keyword Search for News Items

InsideView Target now allows you to do a keyword search for news articles, which are retrieved using InsideView standard agents.

InsideView Agents groups news articles into sales-relevant categories such as Leadership Changes, New Offerings and Expanding Operations. Using these agent results, you can identify business opportunities with your target companies and find conversation starters that can help you better prepare to start your sales conversations.

To use keyword search for news, login to your InsideView Target account with your user credentials and click the +Add Search Criteria link and select News then choose Keyword from the drop-down menu.

Next Contract Start Date in Account Information Tab

The Account Info tab now enables you to view the Next Contract Start Date if your customer success manager (CSM) renews your account with future date before the existing contract expires.

In order to view your InsideView Target account information, click the Configure icon and then select the Account Info tab. 

You can view the following account information:

  • Account Name
  • Account ID
  • Credits Used
  • Credits Available
  • Contract Start Date
  • Contract Term
  • Status 
  • Rate Plan
  • Next Contract Start Date (New. Visible only when CSM renews the account.)
