You can download it from the Apple app store. You can either click the image below to go to the app store from where you can download the IV Mobile App.

All variants of iPhone 4, 5, 6 and 7 are supported. iOS 8 and above is also supported.

You claim you provide up-to-date news in the News Feed. How latest is that news?

IV Mobile provides you with the most useful and reliable news to keep you always up-to-date. IV Mobile algorithm constantly keeps refreshing every minute to push you the latest news. The news in your News Feed will be one-minute old utmost.

Can I see twitter or Facebook feeds of my prospects?

Yes you can. It appears in the Details section of the Company or Executive under Social Insights, provided you are logged-in to your social profile and have authorised InsideView Mobile app.   

I don’t know the full name of my prospect. Can I still search?

Type the name of your prospect in the Search field. IV Mobile auto-suggests names from the IV database while also displaying their photographs making it easy for you to search for your prospect.

If you know the company where your prospect works, you can also search for the company and look up people within the company to find your prospect. 

Do I need to pay any royalty for the IV Mobile app?

IV Mobile app is available to all users of IV Sales. Our sales team (sales@insideview.com) or your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) can help you get a discount on adding IV Mobile to your regular IV for Sales license.

I signed up for a trial version of IV Sales just to get your IV Mobile app. The trial version will expire. Would I be able to use the app?

Yes. You can use IV Mobile app but with limited functionality.

What are the features that I would be missing using only IV Mobile?

You will not have access to some prominent features like List building, Connections, Competitors, and Financials.  

I’m on Thank you screen. What next?

You must now open the registration/login email you received and click ‘Get Started’ button from the same mobile where you installed the IV Mobile app.

I received an email from IV to get started on IV Mobile but when I click I’m unable to login to the app?

Perhaps, you clicked get started from your laptop or desktop or some other device other than the device where you installed the IV Mobile app. You need to click the ‘Get Started’ link from the same device where you installed the IV Mobile app.

I was able to login to IV Mobile from the login email I received and it is a week now. Nothing is happening when I click the link now?

Registration/login email is for one-time use only. If you sign out, you must re-enter your user id or email and a fresh email will be sent for you to login.

Would I be able to create a Watchlist?

No, you can’t create Watchlists but you can add people or companies to an existing  Watchlist. Please login to IV Sales web version to create a new Watchlist.

How can I see meetings on IV Mobile?

When you install the app first time, you must allow IV mobile app to access your iPhone calendars. If you have not granted access, then you will not see the Meetings. However, you can go to Settings and provide access to calendars to IV Mobile.

Why don’t we see apps for other InsideVIew products?

We are working on identifying mobile use cases for other IV products. Please reach out to support with your feedback at support@insideview.com.

Can I share news articles of my prospects or clients with my network/colleagues?

Yes. There is an option to share articles. You can share using mail, message, What’s App, Facebook and other content sharing apps.

I just want to look at news about companies I’m going to meet. How can I see?

The companies you are going to meet will appear in the meeting tab. You can click the company name there and then see the news of that company.

Can I filter the news about the companies in my Watchlist in News Feed?

We don’t have an option in the news feed tab to separate your WL companies and the companies you are going to meet. However, you can still click a company name on the news feed tab and still be able to see the latest news about that company.

How do I login to Social Insights?

You can login to your social insights in the following three ways:

At the time of login as illustrated in screen A, in the preferences screen as illustrated in screen B and in the details screen as shown in screen C following screen:

                           

How many calendars can I sync?

You can sync as many calendars as you want but you must sync at least one calendar.
