This article describes how you can update your CRM to reflect the freshest data in your Accounts, Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities.
Note: You can use the Export option both in InsideView Insights CRM and Web view. This option is not available in SAP CRM.

Export Company and Contact in Web View (standalone)

1 | Log in | Log in to your CRM and access an account in your InsideView Web view. |
2 | Export Company | To export company or contact in your CRM, click Export in your CRM view, as illustrated in the screen below:.
Select the Export to CRM option to log in and authorize a CRM session. For example, select the Export to Dynamics option and log in with admin user credentials. If you are not signed in and exporting a record to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the login page appears and you need to enter your admin user credentials and allow access via OAuth. Click Accept. When you export to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you can sync companies as accounts or leads as illustrated:

3 | Create an account |
If the company exists as a lead, you will see an option to update the company and create a new account as illustrated: Once you click the Export icon, if the contact does NOT exist in the CRM, then you can export a lead or contact as illustrated: Note: Follow the same instructions to export the account data in Salesforce CRM. |
4 | Export account | When the fields have been updated, you will see a success message:

5 | Map fields |
The Map Fields option is available when you access the Account Admin page in your menu. Note: The fields that are updated by InsideView in your CRM are mapped by your CRM Administrator. While standard fields are auto-mapped, custom fields will need to be mapped manually.

Exporting Multiple Records in Your CRM View (Mashup)
Note: Multi Export is available only for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM view who have an InsideView Insights Enterprise, Target, or Elite license type.
Steps
Step | Description | Details |

1 | Access People Tab in InsideView |
Check the InsideView section of the page and select the People tab. |
2 | Select people you want to export |
You may apply filters or search for specific people you want to find. When you find people that you want to export, click the checkboxes in the people list view and click the export button. |
3 | Export as leads or contacts | Clicking the Export button will show you options to export the selected people to the CRM as leads or contacts or to an external file.
Important: In SAP C4C, you can only export as Contacts. |
4 | Resolve Duplicates | If you have any duplicates to resolve, the following screen allows you to resolve duplicates. Select an option and click Next. |
5 | Complete export | The following two screens appear if you do not have duplicate matches to resolve:
For example, select the appropriate values in the 'Mailing Country Code' and 'Mailing State Province Code' custom fields and click Done. |
