InsideView Refresh uses match score as a reference point for every match. A high match score represents the likelihood that a match is correct and InsideView Refresh will return the match that is accurate for a particular record. For this reason, an account administrator must set the match score threshold value for your InsideView Refresh account.
The match score threshold allows you to determine the right balance of match accuracy and enrichment rate for your leads. It can be modified based on your organizational requirements. If you want more matches, then an account administrator can lower the match threshold value at the cost of an increased proportion of false positives in the lead supply.
Note: Only Account Administrators can set the Match Score value for your InsideView Refresh account.

Set Match Score in Salesforce CRM
|1||Go to general settings||On the InsideView Refresh page, click on the Account Settings and click the General Settings link as illustrated below:
|2||Modify the match score range||On the Settings page, drag the slider to change the range of match score value for Unmatched, Suggested, and Matched data that you want set for your account.
Note: You can configure separate match score settings for the Account and Contact entity for InsideView Refresh integration with Salesforce.
Set Match Score in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
|1||Go to the Refresh Settings page||
Log in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and go to Sales > Settings > Refresh Settings as illustrated below:
In the Refresh Settings page, click the Settings link.
The Match Score Settings page opens.
|2||Modify the match score range||
On the Settings page, drag the slider to change the range of match score value for Unmatched, Suggested, and Matched data that you want set for your account.
Click Save. The following dialog appears:
Click Save again. The following confirmation message appears:
