You can create custom forms under Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity entities and enable Insights in the custom web forms. For information regarding how to create custom web forms, refer to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Help Documentation.
If you have upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online version 9, the Information form is not available. For this reason, you cannot configure the Insights CRM View in the Information form. To configure the Insights CRM view in custom web forms of supported entities, use any one of these options:
- Enable the Summary CRM view.
- Enable the Detailed CRM view.
- Enable Summary and Detailed CRM views in two different forms of the same entity.
Note: Insights 3.4 is compatible only with the web form and does not support the Unified Client Interface (UCI) form.
Enabling the Summary CRM View
You can configure the Summary CRM view only if the Detailed CRM view is not enabled on the custom web form.

Result:
Now, you can navigate to the Account Details page to launch the Insights application in the Summary CRM view.
Enabling the Detailed CRM View
You can configure the Detailed CRM view only if the Summary CRM view is not enabled on the custom web form.
