If you do not find the name of a contact/person in your search results, you can add the basic details of the contact in the database. These additions will be reviewed and researched by our team and updated to show up in search results. To add a person, follow the instructions in the Add a Missing Contact article in our Knowledge Base.
The Preview pane lets you add a person, who does not exist in the Insights database. Here’s how:
|1||Go to the Find Contacts page||Follow the steps in the Getting to the Find Contacts page Knowledge Base article to go to the Find Contacts page.|
|2||Search for a contact||Enter a contact’s name to search.
|3||Add person details||On the Add a Person pop-up, enter the full name, title, and email address of the contact you want to add.
Click Add Person. You will see a confirmation message.
