Getting to InsideView Insights through Outlook


You can access Insights through the Outlook client at the individual user level.

Step Description Details
1 Open an entity in Outlook Open any account, lead, contact or opportunity record in CRM or Dynamics 365 from your Outlook client to load that entity in a new window.

2 Log in  Click Login. Enter your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account credentials, and then click Sign in.
3 Access Insights After successfully signing in, the page refreshes. If the administrator has already granted access to all users in the organization, the Insights view opens directly.
