Rebranding InsideView Sales
Starting from 7th, November 2020, InsideView Sales will be rebranded as InsideView Insights. The rebranding of InsideView Insights includes new logos, descriptions, and user interface but the core InsideView components remain unchanged:
- The install location for the InsideView package
- Application names, unless otherwise stated
- Third-party integration compatibility
- Log file names

New InsideView Browser Extension
InsideView has now introduced the Browser Extension to let you access InsideView’s most accurate company and contact data from anywhere. The InsideView Browser Extension integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help you quickly find prospects, access contact info, and update data in your Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

You can use the InsideView Browser Extension on any company’s website, LinkedIn profiles, and whenever you open an account, contact or lead object in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs. To enable the extension, click the InsideView icon in the extension bar at the top of your Chrome browser.

Revamped User Interface for List Building
InsideView Insights now introduces a new revamped and modern List Building user interface, which offers easy to use search filters to find companies, people, and insights with a unified look and feel. The new InsideView Insights interface is more intuitive and easier to navigate.
In addition to building lists based on key firmographic and demographic details, you can also build lists from your connections or with custom, standard, and team agents; easily search and select company locations from the location map view; find people from watchlists and uploaded company lists and suppress company lists.
Companies - Search for companies using criteria such as Location, Industry, and firmographic information:
People - Search for people using criteria such as Job Function, Job Title, Contact Info, and Contact Location.
Insights - Search for companies and people using criteria such as News, Technology, and Annual Lists & Indexes.
Location Map - The new Company Location filters to allow you to search across multiple location types simultaneously. You can even select locations in the new map UI to add location criteria more quickly as illustrated:
More Detailed Search Results
The InsideView Insights search results page is enhanced to give you better visibility into the details of your search results. You can now add and remove fields in the Company and People search results so that you can focus on the information that matters most to you:
New search capabilities in the table also allow you to search by a person or company’s name so that you can quickly find relevant records in your search results:

Map Desk and Corporate Phone Numbers in Field Mapping
InsideView Data Integrity now allows you to map desk and corporate phone number(s) of executives and sync those numbers to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Because desk phone numbers are a direct line to individuals, mapping the Desk Phone Number field will increase the probability of reaching your prospect for more efficient business outreach.
With this feature, you can now continue to sync/update the existing desk phone number fields of an executive for a Contact entity. The lead entity will continue to sync the Corporate Phone. If you want to sync the desk and corporate phones into the CRM in Data Integrity, then map these corresponding fields in the field mapping settings.
